Wonderful year-round home. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoors space. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo traveler, business travelers and families (with kids). Car is needed as there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are located in Edane, to the town of Arvika 25 km. A shorter forest walk from the property to the lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Welcome to insta @Frykstaladan. It is located 50 meters from the south end of the fairytale snowy lake of Fryken. This unique home has its very own style that has emerged over the five years that we rebuilt the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bikes, kayaks and DRINKS (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor activities is good. Värmland attracts with its culture, visit the Lerin Museum, Alma Löv, Storyleader or....

Surrounded by hundreds of birch trees, this large villa is peacefully located, in the heart of Värmland. The house is located on a large nature plot, and has a modern standard and plenty of space. Lovely view and private jetty down by the sea. Rowboat, floating dock and own small child-friendly natural beach belong to the amenities. Two kayaks can be rented in the summer. Bikes for free lending for trips around the idyllic sea and in the immediate area. Enjoy a relaxing hot bath in the terrace's delightful hot tub. Year round!

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

Experience the summer alley at the idyllic Värmland countryside. Listen to the birdsong and hear the swallows swish past above your head. Stretch out the gaze over golden meadows. Breath the fresh air. Take long forest walks or bike 2.5 km to the cozy beach with both sandy beach and cliffs. A simpler accommodation for those who are happy to stay in nature or visit one of the many excursions that you can find in Värmland. Note: Cleaning is done by the guest in connection with checkout.

Fullt utrustad stuga där du kan elda i kaminen inne eller tända en brasa vid grillplatsen som ligger ostört från andra grannar. För största naturupplevelsen kan ni nyttja båten som ingår. Den eldrivna motorn gör att du kan glida fram ljudlöst genom de lummiga kanalerna precis runt hörnet. 10 min från shoppingcenter.

Charming and cozy country house, where you can live all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forests, lakes, nature reserves, and Fantastic chanterelle spots. The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find food store, pizzeria and gas station (about 3km). If you want to experience the warmland idyll and the mysterious forests, you found the right place.

Dream house near the lake with its own jacuzzi

This newly built unique home, my home, is in the heart of Värmland. Stunning views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with own jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the garden that you have to walk through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowing boat by the lake that you can use freely. The boats are a little worn but work. Good fishing.
