Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Davos Platz, der Jakobson Bahn, der Bolgen Plaza. Ein Spar befindet sich gleich gegenüber, weitere diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Coop und Migros sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle ist ebenso gleich vor dem Haus, diverse Restaurants und Bars sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz Nr. BH2 in der Tiefgarage für einen PW von max 1800 kg Gesamtgewicht (im Preis inkl.).

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Barn1686 is located in the quiet village of Borgonovo, surrounded by stunning mountains. Originally built in 1686, the barn was fully renovated in 2015 and offers 90 m² of modern amenities: electric heating, a modern kitchen, two open bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. The apartment is located in a Villa constructed in 1902. It was completely renovated in 2012 and refurnished with loving attention to details. The apartment is ideal for small groups and families as well as for individuals. In total, there are four rooms which provide space for six people (two double-beds and one double sleeping-sofa). Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
