The Casita is attached to our home, it has its own personal entrance, and is Closed off from the rest of the house. Two rooms set up suite style, with living room and separate bedroom. Key code door entry, mini fridge, microwave (in the living room closet), and coffee pot. There are pets in the home/on property but closed off from the Casita. They may bark from time to time if someone knocks. Minutes from Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelop Canyon, & Beautiful Lake Powell.

New and modern private 1 bedroom studio apartment space. One super comfortable King size bed. Luxurious bathroom with large shower. Love seat and kitchenette complete the space. The sunsets are amazing and the if your here for the balloon regatta or the 4th of July your in for a treat! Best place to be for both of those events! Step out onto the golf course at sunset for stunning canyon and lake views! Great location! We can't accommodate ANY animals due to severe allergies.
