Lives up to the description to provide a comfortable quiet spot, well served with transport and other infrastructure. Views are magnificent - especially sunset. Easy to settle in with shops directly underneath the apartment complex. Secure off street parking also a big plus point. Hosts seem to anticipate all issues and provided prompt responses to any others.

This is our favourite place when we visit Melbourne. We have stayed at Allan’s place over the last few years. It is absolutely perfect, homely and an excellent, modern unit with everything you need! Located in a perfect spot in Hawthorn East! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport. We will certainly look to stay at this AirBnB if it is available. Allan is the perfect host, he is always supportive and of assistance to make your stay welcome and memorable.

Great location - walking distance to shops and public transport, yet quiet and peaceful. Property was spotless and accessibility from street to room was very easy, with a modern lift and flat pathways.

The accomodation was very comfortable and of a high standard. The location was excellent with amenities and transport easily accessible, however, it was noisy. Sanjay was a good host and prompt communicator. Will recommend to visitors.

Cozy and quiet; spotlessly clean with all modern appliances. No detail was too much trouble for them including making sure that my preferred milk was available. Friendly communication at every step meant that I knew exactly what to expect and I wasn’t disappointed. I would stay there again every time I am looking for accommodation.

This was a great base to stay while we were in Melbourne to visit our daughter while she had a baby. Whilst the apartment was small it offered all you needed and then some. Janine was a great host and offered some basic pantry items which was perfect after traveling for a snack and breakfast. We really appreciated that. But most of all the fact that we could have our corgi dog with us was really lively. Great park nearby for long walks and dog plays everyday, and a small enclosed backyard was perfect. Parking underneath was also a bonus to have. Overall a great place to stay.

The apartment was immaculate and spotlessly clean when I arrived, the comms from Mark, my host were great. The location was perfect and only a couple of minutes walk from Auburn train station which took me to the centre of Melbourne in about 20 minutes . I will definitely book with Mark again on my next visit to Melbourne.

We had a lovely stay. Loved the location with Tram stop right out the front. Place was clean and tidy with everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great place to stay and had everything in it that you could possibly need. Breakfast items, fruit, cheese & crackers was a lovely find in the fridge.

Great apartment. Host has clearly thought things through. Excellent building - well maintained and exceptional security. Very quiet and peaceful. Apartment has all the facilities that you require - wifi with access to a large number of channels/apps including Netflix/YT. Washing machine & dryer. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Spacious showers. Large balcony. Hard to find fault with this place or the Host. Highly recommended. Would stay here again without a thought.

Spotlessly clean with very helpful & prompt communication from hosts. A lift up to unit from basement carparking. Spotlessly clean, with many well thought out extras. Comfortable lounge seating & a perfect out door area. I would highly recommend it to potential guests ... travelling by car ( easy parking)... plus coming by tram or train from city ( stops & station very close). Thank you hosts Dean & Kristen

Vinnie’s unit is well appointed and newly renovated inside. We really loved it as it was modern and perfect for a couple. The TV & internet were just excellent for watching the Olympics. The AC worked a treat and kept us warm as it was freezing outside. Very comfy bed, kitchen was well stocked up with utensils, bathroom floor was heated. It was so handy to public transport, shops and eateries. Definitely will stay again.

We had a great stay at The Gratis! The location was easy to find and very convenient, with food options and supermarkets nearby. The house itself was spacious, modern, and well-furnished—perfect for our family of seven. The host was friendly and responsive, providing help whenever we needed it. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. everything else was excellent. A lovely and comfortable place to unwind and relax. Thank you!

I was in Melbourne on a work trip and Mary's was an ideal place to base myself. Had great facilities in the room, as well as in the broader complex. heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat. also a great rooftop which was ideal as a working space too...

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.
