Fabulous stay here. Breathtaking scenery. Loved the Folk Village and Sliabh Liagh. House is fabulous and so central for exploring this exceptionally picturesque part of Donegal. Beautiful sandy beach just metres away. Excellent food in John Eoinín's Pub and restaurant. Our only regret is that we didnt stay longer. Host was excellent, extremely helpful. Highly recommend

Bhain muid an-sult as an tseal a chaith muid sa teach ag Lorraine/We greatly enjoyed our stay. Lorraine messaged well in advance and kept in touch as the trip drew nearer. The house is in a gorgeous location on a hill above Gleann Cholm Cille. The views are absolutely amazing and the house was very comfortable

The ground floor apartment is spacious and clean, with all required amenities except hot water for washing dishes and heating. Not a problem for me (there is a kettle for heating water for dishes and a convector heater for getting warm after getting soaked in rain) but if you come from the tropics you may find it too cold. The shower has hot water luckily. The location is superb for walking the Turas Ghleann Cholm Cille as it is right besides station 10, 11 and 12 so a good start for the walk. Also, the main village with restaurants and pubs, Oideas Gael, and the folklore museum are all within a good walk's distance. Some complimentary items were left in the fridge. Views from the living room cum kitchen are superb.

The Pod was really great and packed a lot of things. I was there with my girlfriend Alex and we really enjoyed how close it was to Slieve League and great beaches nearby. The attention to detail was great and Barbara was very generous in providing milk and Oj and eggs and jam and biscuits and a very welcoming aura. Thanks for a great stay!
