Jim is a very gracious and accommodating host. He also makes a killer breakfast. We came for a concert at the State Farm Stadium and were able to easily Uber around Glendale & Phoenix. Jim’s place is about a 30 minute walk from State Farm Stadium. Great place to stay and feel welcome!

Location was nice and had plazas nearby for food. The lake was near by. It felt safe, neighborhood was quiet. the outside lights were on at night to make arriving at night easy. Scott is friendly and engaged in conversation. He was responsive to messages. The room was nice and he provided drinks and snacks.
