Maggie's place was great. We stayed for 2weeks visiting our friends in Hobart and it was a great base for us. Plenty of room and amenities, the place was very comfortable. We liked that it had a heat/AC pump in the lounge and an additional electric heater and electric blankets in the bedroom + a fan for warm nights. The house is old and drafty but the heaters keep it warm and cosy. Everything was very clean and comfortable, we had no issues. Area was great, it's a short 5-10min to supermarkets and bus stops. Bus into the CBD is about 20mins. We appreciated the place came stocked with tea+coffee plus cooking essentials. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Bella Rosetta is our favorite place to stay in Hobart. It's comfortable, clean and uncluttered plus the view over the Derwent River is amazing. Fauzi and Paul are excellent hosts and I highly recommend their unit.

Nice stay in Hobart with a very comfortable place. Very clean comfortable and pleasant house to stay in. Has a nice view towards the river. We enjoyed our 3 nights here.
