You have use of the front patio with the beautiful view and one back deck. There is a large yard with grass although it has not landscaped. There is someone occupying the basement and they will likely be there the entire time. Waterton Reservoir is only a 5 minute drive West. There you will find a picnic area and a rocky beach.
