Betty's Cottage - Beautiful, rural valley.

Relax in a beautiful, detached, cosy stone and beamed cottage nestling in a peaceful, wooded valley where nature is thriving. Rustic & comfortable . The cottage overlooks a stone bridge and small river on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. We are dog friendly and are happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs. The perfect base to be in nature, walk, cycle & explore many scenic areas of this beautiful part of West Wales. Betty's was built in the 1800's & is a traditional, stone cottage.

Bwthyn-y-Gorwel is a pretty detached cottage which has been lovingly converted from a 19th century stone milking parlour. It has an open plan living and kitchen area with a cathedral ceiling and exposed beams. The full kitchen has everything you'll need for your stay, the bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed and the fast Wi-Fi helps you work and play. The cottage is within easy reach of 3 of the top 10 beaches in the UK and is within our smallholding, surrounded by glorious countryside.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Wake up to the sound of the babbling river and bird song from your open bedroom window. Bwythyn Afon (River Cottage) is situated on our small holding at the foot of the Preseli Mountains and is a short drive from Pembrokeshire's beautiful coastline with its many beaches and the famous coastal path. With its separate entrance, own parking space and sole use of riverside patio, it truly is a place to relax after a busy day exploring the area.

Relax @ Little Pigs at Home Farm Animal Sanctuary. Rosehaven is opposite the main barn where the animals sleep. Sit back, unwind with a cuppa & watch sanctuary life unfold from your lounge window, book a treatment in the vegan on-site salon, or explore the many surrounding beaches, waterfalls, restaurants and towns. A wood burning stove with one basket supplied! It was the Old Taylor's shop back in the days making clothes from cloth made in next doors Old Mill ! Upstairs ladder style stairs to double bedroom / bathroom. Overlooking river and gardens in Artist's house in small village of Glandwr next to Lammas Eco Village!
