Such a beautiful place! The pool was fantastic!! The house is so much better than the pictures even are!!

Sue was very communicative throughout our experience. She responded quickly to my initial message and each message thereafter. My trip was a bit last-minute, but it sure didn't feel that way! The cottage was perfect in every way! It was clean and cozy. It was just the right size. It truly felt like a home away from home. The resort was peaceful and included many activities. The resort staff was friendly, too! If I travel to Williamsburg for pleasure again, I would absolutely see if this cottage is available.

Fun place with great activities. Had a good time shooting pool playing darts area was very spacious.

The cottage was clean and uncluttered. It was very comfortable, from the table to the couch to the beds. It had all the amenities needed for a week-long stay. It was in a safe and friendly gated resort neighborhood. As a group of four adult women, we loved the four bathrooms (3 full, 1 half) and four comfortable beds.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful area. Would stay here again. Our layout was a bit different from the pictures, but it work great to have a space for the teens and another one for the adults. I would love to stay here again.

Great accomodations for a big group. The house is huge and super interesting. While on the patio we watched the horses frolick, and were visited by a shy little dachshund, and a not-so-shy little farm cat. Beds were comfy. Lots of amenities like coffee pots, plenty of seating, a theater room, big Jacuzzi tub, and lots of bedrooms. Overall an extremely peaceful visit that I would stay at again.

My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at the Deltaville Blue Cottage. The house perfectly showcased the views, fresh breezes, and natural beauty of the area. We were continually saying " the hosts thought of everything!" If you are looking to comfortably relax with friends and family (young and old) this is the place for you! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...loved the back patio/deck area, the house was clean and well decorated, and the host was super responsive. We liked it so much that we tried to stay another day (the host did everything he could to make that happen), but unfortunately, we were unable to do so. We've stayed at 5 or 6 Airbnbs, but this has been our favorite so far!

My family and I enjoyed this place very much and plan to come back for our anniversary . It was very peaceful although some of the neighbors were doing some type of drill work late at night and startled our sleeping 2 year old . Other than that I felt at home #countrygirl

We loved the private, short walk to the beach. We spent two days exploring the area, and both mornings/evenings we made sure we walked down the path to see it. The house was clean, and we knew what to expect with the water because of the other reviews and Brad’s write up. It was a quick trip, but staying here added to the experience! Would recommend and stay here again!

I stayed at Meg's beautiful home with my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend in Deltaville, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and well-organized, which made it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay during such a special time. Meg was so kind and responsive, providing helpful local recommendations and detailed instructions for the house. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and her hospitality made my wedding weekend even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Meg!

Our week at Kimary Cove, was absolutely delightful. The house was cozy and nicely decorated. We loved sitting at the waterfronts deck and spending our days boating and fishing. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings and charming local area made for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing vacation!

Chris was an excellent communicator. His place looked EXACTLY like the pictures. The setting is so serene and offered the right mix of Peace for working adults and fun activities for kids. The guest handbook was very helpful in identifying local good eats and things to do. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything about the space was thoughtful—from the intentional setup to the little touches that made it feel so warm and inviting. We had everything we needed and more. The kids had a blast, and the adults got a much-needed break. It’s the kind of place you find yourself already planning to return to before you’ve even left. Definitely a 5-star stay. Highly recommend!

This home has been nicely restored, charming home. Definitely had the “old house feel” in a positive way. Bathroom and kitchen were beautifully done. Air temperature controls in each room, with fans to move air, huge bonus! Bedrooms are quiet, with very comfy beds. Could have slept all day…blinds kept rooms dark if we wanted. Spare bed in front room. Sitting in the back sunroom was so cozy as we sat around chit chatting. Lovely little community with a coffee shop right up the street, walkable distance at that. It seemed very safe, and was a very quiet neighborhood. Within half an hour to Yorktown Beach! If in Gloucester again, I will want to book again. Thank you

We enjoyed the house and the surroundings. We fished on the river. Our grandson also enjoyed the basketball court. Everything was very clean and accessible.

Host was super responsive and helpful. House was really nice and a nice size for all of us to have room to gather while also having our own space. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Great place. Better views! Chris made the entire process very easy. I have a boat that he helped with instructions on where to dock and how to get there by water. Will definitely be staying there again!

we had a great time. My family and I spent the week in Eventide visiting with my son, daughter in law and month old granddaughter who live in Saluda. Eventide was a perfect location and close to my son. The accommodation were great and even worked out well for my 91 year old grandmother. We would definitely like to return often for visits with family. Diane was a great host and so accommodating and responsive. You will not be disappointed. So peaceful and relaxing.
