Townhouse holiday rentals in Gloucester County

We booked Vacation Village 4br timeshare through Andy but it was full. Andy was able to leverage his connections and find us a 3br HOUSE at Kings Creek Plantation through Spinnaker which was better, I think! We had a full 3br/4bath house to ourselves with three porches in a peaceful setting. Absolutely recommend Kings Creek Plantation through Andy. Close to everything and amazing setting. So quiet and pencil. We will be back!

My family and I stayed two nights to go to Busch Gardens and the location was great. Less than 20 minutes from the park. The room was just as described with tons of room. It was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend for anyone especially families. There was lots for the kids to do on the grounds and we felt very safe there. Christian was a great host very responsive.

This place exceeded our expectations for accommodating my limited mobility parent and our graduation attendees who were able to have their own rooms, as we rented both condos (1st and 2nd floors) of the townhouse. The gathering space worked well for a family meal. A well-stocked kitchen helped us eat in for breakfasts and lunches, and missing coffee filters were quickly supplied with a simple request by text.

Truthfully, this place was SO much nicer than we thought!! The pictures looked like this place would fit the bill for the right place. When we arrived, we were shocked by the quality. All bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Tons of open space for the kids to play. The patio is much bigger than pictured. We had a large group of parents and it was so nice to be able to know they were tucked into a quiet space while we hung out on the floor above. This place was amazing. Definitely recommend for large groups! Oh, and it was so close to everything. Can’t beat it.

This place was home away from home, spotless. I loved the pools and hot tubs the best. We loved sitting outside on the balcony plus cooking our own meals was great for us. Tara’s kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make homemade meals. We absolutely loved this place and will be back again. Thank you Tara we had a wonderful time staying here😇😇😇😇😇😇💕💕💕💕💕💕

Awesome place, loved it!!!. I went their with my parents, they loved the surroundings, it was peaceful. Lot of activities to do for all ages. The host was very helpful. I would love to go to that place again

Nice place for a family vacation. Close to all the major attractions in the area and only a short drive for additional things to do. As advertised, but be sure to double check if the photos are the unit you will get. This was a 2 bedroom 3 bed with a pull out sofa bed as advertised, but the bedrooms were in the basement. Plenty of on site activities, however the miniature gold could use some updates. Do be careful as this is a time share resort, so they are going to try to sell you one. They offer something free to get you in, park tickets, cash, etc. But you don't have to buy. The unit was clean, the staff was friendly and Tara was great for my first time using Airbnb.

Fantastic stay. Loved the lake in the back, very relaxing and serene atmosphere. Host was lovely and responded quickly. Neighborhood was nice and easy to locate. Would stay again!

We were in Newport News for an event where most of the guests stayed down the street at the Marriott. We chose an Airbnb to have more space with the kids and couldn't be happier. Bs place is beautiful and spacious. It was even nicer in person than the pictures! The kitchen is gorgeous and the main living area is very large and welcoming- great for families or a friend group. All the bedrooms were well decorated and comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. There's an adorable little kids play area which we appreciated and it's walkable to a few restaurants, our favorite being the crepe and ice cream place on the corner across from a park! It was truly a fantastic place to stay and I would book again in a heartbeat if I'm ever in the area.

By far one the best rentals for our travels in years! The duplex was immaculate, well/equipped, well-built, inviting and comfortable. From the front porch with rocking chairs to the back patio with ample seating and a clean grill, we were reluctant to leave. The Chesapeake staff was beyond accommodating and responsive if we needed anything. Bravo to all involved with the rental. We'll be back!

Madison has a great space! Very clean family oriented environment. The indoor pool and hot tubs were a hit! Mini golf and other activities available on site! We would absolutely love to stay again! Thank you for sharing this space!

We had an amazing trip to Williamsburg and stay here. Check-in at the Powhatan Resort was a breeze. Checkin was very busy, but the lines moved quickly and staff were friendly. No mention or pressure of a timeshare meeting, so that was great! We've stayed at other places in Williamsburg and can't stand that sales tactic. The unit in building 3 was perfect for our family of 5. Great location, very clean, and spacious. 3 levels is amazing! Everything was perfect! Never ran out of hot water. Includes 2 parking spaces. The back deck was peaceful. The community is gated. Once you have a keycard, you can use the right lane to open the gate with your card. The pool, mini golf, and coffee shop were a quick walk from the unit. There were large groups of unsupervised tweens wondering the property - very loud at times but not often. Community staff needs to supervise more (saw kids eating food in the hot tub, underager drinking from a glass beer bottle at the pool, etc.). We'll be back!

We had a lovely time at this spacious and charming home in the absolute perfect location in the heart of Cape Charles. Just a stones throw from a very fun park, and a quick golf cart ride from, well… everything! We love 100+ year old homes and all the lovely details — just be advised — young kids may need some help with the old mortise door hardware, but that’s part of the fun. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for and serve a large group (we had 7 adults and 7 kids!) — our only bottleneck was the limited number of full bathrooms for a group that size, but it’s the beach! It wasn’t too hard to work around. The place is stocked with all the towels you’ll ever need (bath and beach) and has a few beach chairs too (Tommy Bahama!). Perfect spot for large groups who share an affinity for old homes!

The accommodations fit my family perfectly. Everyone was comfortable, and enjoyed their stay. I will definitely be booking this unit again in the near future. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO RENT YOUR UNIT! Awesome space and Great Location!

This is located in a Hilton vacation resort. Registration and check in were friendly and helpful. Resort communicated daily by text to make sure we were enjoying our visit. Location is close to all of the attractions in Williamsburg. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect central spot while visiting Williamsburg with the family. The pet friendliness was awesome. Place was clean and roomy!

My family and I loved Bailey’s home .My husband and grand-son stayed on the dock the patio was so relaxing with a big size Checker board ,and a big size Connect four which we had a good time playing. I would highly recommend Sitting on the dock of the bay I would vacation there again.

We loved having an adjoining unit for our family, the location was wonderful, close to many different local attractions. There was no pressure to go on the tour. Make sure get a tag for each car that you have to make it really easy to get into the community. Since there's multiple units that have the same number you really need to be specific about what road you're going to inside the complex with the gait attendants. We enjoyed 2 of the pools which were VERY warm. We wanted DVDS from the aquatic center as well. We only had some minor issues in our townhouse which we received quick responses about. We'd be very likely to stay here again when visiting our family.
