Recommend! It was our time in Philly going to a concert at The Mann. Location was convenient for venue, and price was fair for the two nights we stayed. Not the best area and parking was challenging since it’s all just neighbor street parking, but manageable. Driving distance was good for downtown Philly or department store shopping etc. Andrew was a great host and made sure we had all we needed. Would stay again if in the area!

This is a lovely place to stay and so quiet and private! Skeitha is a great host. She adjusted the temperature for me and checked in everyday to make sure I had what I needed. The place is comfortable and had everything a guest could want and more! And when her listing says the place is clean, you can believe it, because it was spotless! From here, it's easy to get into the center of Philadelphia and also to do things further outside of Philadelphia, so it's a great location. And last, but certainly not least, it is a fantastic bargain. So stop swiping and book this airbnb now.

Lori's place was great for my overnight stay. It was just as described, was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

They are very nice people & made it very easy to get in without any interruptions, which i like alot. it was very clean and it looked like the pictures and it's at a great location to all the restaurants and bars and local shops in Center City. I would definitely rent from them again.

We celebrated our anniversary in Philly and had a lovely stay. The apartment was just as described and as seen in the photos. Everything was very clean, even the faux plants were dust free, which is impressive. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet! We loved exploring Philly and having a comfortable place that felt like home to relax in after being out all day. The check-in and check out process was incredibly easy with clear, simple instructions. Lee was quick to respond with the one question we had and they also checked in with us to see how things were going. Highly recommend this lovely apartment and hosts.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Pat and Lulu’s place looks exactly like the photos, it has essentially everything you would ever need from an Airbnb. The location itself isn’t pretty but no complaints on the Airbnb at all! The beds are also super comfy.

Andrew is a Fabulous Host! He has thought of things beyond what someone may need. His home is well Loved and cared for. We had an Amazing,peaceful,refreshing and very comfortable stay here. you could not ask for a more friendly, walkable neighborhood and just steps away from a very beautiful beach. Take a drive up Ocean St , till the end of the road. There is a very interesting spot to smell the fresh ocean breeze and just sit and relax 😍. Andrew's home is a true Gem!

Great place to stay, looks just like the photos, and is a great feel for the space. Water didn't get as hot as I would like but still gets to a nice temperature. If getting there later in the day, plan to look for parking as it is all street parking. Availability for parking was within a block or so, which was fine. Overall great night's stay!

This was our first time to Brigantine. It was great being two blocks from the beach. Restaurants next-door and across the street were very convenient and delicious. It was a relaxing environment and more than enough space for the 2 of us. We would definitely love to return!

This is my second time staying in this apartment and it was just as great as I remembered. Really nice well stocked kitchen as far as cooking materials go and appliances. Also, very comfortable bed, and it’s a nice quiet place with secure parking. Highly recommend and will probably stay there again.

Great experience the house, the location, the locals, the proximity to AC. The house is very nice and organized. It was clean and very welcoming. Loved the coffee bar. So nice to come in late and have a cup of joe (almost) ready in the morning was priceless. I would definitely come back.
