We made a beautiful short trip here for Easter and we were very satisfied. Great place to escape the ordinary. The apartment offers everything you need and also a great view of the Baltic Sea. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is well furnished and is just on the beach promenade. An underground parking space and beach chair are included. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We felt completely comfortable. The accommodation and the whole yard are beautiful and cozy. We had a lot of space for ourselves and enjoyed the weekend very much. The contact in advance was pleasant and we were very warmly received on site. The hosts are always reachable and available and were always up for a chat, but not intrusive at all. We stayed at this property for five days as a family. The location is really great. Restaurants and attractions in the immediate vicinity. On the two balconies you can enjoy many hours of sunshine, especially in the evening hours. The amenities in the apartment are perfectly fine and the kitchen is well stocked. The furniture is already a bit outdated, but still okay. The host is very accommodating and exemplary in communicating. We were happy to be there and can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

Our stay in the dune house exceeded our imagination. Everything was lovingly decorated as in the photos, clean and the location couldn't have been better. We were also very happy about the small gift. We will be happy to come back! :)

It is a nice ground floor apartment with a parking space in the courtyard. Check-in and check-out are quickly and easily done in the office a few houses. The apartment is very well equipped, with very cozy beds, clean, bright, very central and yet quite quiet. Parking is very close and luggage trails are therefore very short. André was very polite and accommodating. The questions were answered very quickly. We spent 4 beautiful days in the apartment and are thinking about it!

It was nice with a small courtyard. Much can be reached on foot. They even provided 2 bowls for my dog. This was very attentive.

The place was beautiful, very nicely decorated from the inside, offers plenty of space inside and outside for groups of 6 and also a beautiful garden. Inken has a good interior taste and the accommodation is really well equipped. The kitchen was versatile and everything from barbecue to loungers is also available outside. The surroundings are very quiet and pleasant! Overall a great relaxing vacation!!

The holiday with Uwe was as relaxing as we planned it. The description for the arrival was exactly right and we would receive a friendly welcome. The listing is as described. Attention Steep stairs. :) Ummanz is quite sparsely populated and therefore the area is very quiet and suitable for nice walks.

We totally liked the stay in the accommodation in Mönchgut, everything was very very clean and tidy, the kitchen was just as well equipped. The host Uwe was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again this year.

We enjoyed the stay very much. In the cottage you have everything you need. We immediately felt comfortable as it is very cozily furnished. In winter, we can highly recommend it: after a nice walk in nature, you can end the evening wonderfully in the sauna and then end in front of the fireplace. We were able to come here very well. A beautiful, well located house with garden and close to the beach. Very good furnishings, parking on the property, well maintained. We (5 adults and a toddler) felt very comfortable in the house. Too bad: The windows in a bedroom couldn't be darkened. There are many restaurants nearby, good infrastructure, a lot of tourist highlights on Rügen. We will be happy to come back.

We were allowed to spend a very relaxing weekend in Britta's vacation home. Everything was as described: the kitchen super equipped, the beds very comfortable.. a thoroughly recommended accommodation. The contact with Britta was great, she responded in a timely manner and had good recommendations on site. The accommodation has a quiet location, but you can quickly get to the many beautiful beaches of the island by car. Also recommended for visitors to the Ralswiek natural stage, as this or the parking lot is only 5 minutes away. We will hopefully come back again and bring more time to enjoy the property! :)

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small but nice. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. Andrea is a relaxed and friendly hostess! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on it or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Check in was a bit bumpy as after 730km drive I was surprised to have to call the caretaker to get the password for the key, I open the door & before me someone who was busy with cleaning, also the lady in the stairwell, who still sorted informative Fleyer, were Tim and his wife. This made me feel a little unsettled, but the days on it, in a great conversation, my confusion resolved. The house is located on a local street, the horse-drawn carriage and the Bimmelbahn pass by, occasionally private cars and some walking tourists. Since you can close the blinds electrically & the windows are well insulated, the plaster stones don't bother either. In a review I read that the kitchen chairs are too hard, I can confirm that a little uncomfortable for long game nights. The wifi password didn't match the description, Mr.Radke had a solution. Parking lot from the house. Apartment is recommended

Beautiful, quiet, private-feeling corner house. Everything is present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra reacted immediately and solved the problem. Lovely garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Many singing diverse birds! On the left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

The apartment is super spacious. Ideal for doing something with a larger group or a family. In bad weather, the living room and kitchen offer enough space to have fun indoors. Even though our parking space was occupied on the day of arrival, Katja was able to offer an alternative space. We will be happy to come back :)

A beautiful, cozy place to stay in the heart of Greifswald with a very nice host. Definitely recommend!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.
