Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensburg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. Relax with the whole family in this newly renovated home close to the area's best beach. The cottage is spacious at 83m2 with three bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna, a kitchen/living room, where the kitchen is fully equipped. There is plenty of room to spread out on the terrace as well as to be able to romp in the large garden. The house is quite close to the popular gendarmsti and is only a 10-minute drive to Sønderborg + 25-minute drive to Flensborg if you want to go to town to shop.

Cozy 40 m² apartment near the beach for 4 people.

Just a short walk through the woods and you're right on the beach. Have fun with the whole family in this stylish place. The apartment offers a kitchen and private bathroom, garden views and a fantastic location. Good to know: The second double bed is in the living room (see pictures). It is currently somewhat "separated" with a screen. We are very excited to see you soon!
