Beachfront holiday rental in Glyfada

Marissa’s apartment always felt homely, cool and comfortable to come back to after we ventured out exploring the area . It was an easy 10min walk to the cutest swimming coves and also a big variety of restaurants . The full kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals sometimes. Tea/coffee and condiments were already on hand. The bedding was very cosy and the roll down blinds allowed for darkness in the room if you preferred that over light. The views from the balcony were mesmerising and we found our self’s sitting in the lounge area just staring at the water and boats alot ! It’s a fabulous apartment for a stay in Voulgameni- such a pretty seaside resort town with so much to explore .

The view is superb, lovely terrace, super clean and amenities are perfect. One advise, no heavy luggage as there are some stairs leading to the building. Highly recommended!

Our stay was simply excellent. The place was perfect, even better than the photos, and the location near the beach was truly special. Every day we would just walk for a couple of minutes to the beach which was so beautiful and really fun to have nearby. Giannis was a very generous host, super communicative and genuinely very kind and helpful. We would love to come back to this place again and have noted it as one of our favourite places to have a holiday.

Πολύ ωραιο διαμέρισμα, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ και ήσυχη γειτονιά. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με όλα τα απαραίτητα! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Αξίζει τα χρήματα του και με το παραπάνω

Μείναμε μια εβδομάδα στο σπίτι (3 άτομα και ένα παιδάκι 2,5 ετών) και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας! Υπήρχαν τα πάντα ακόμη και παιχνιδάκια και καρεκλάκι φαγητού για το παιδί! Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια καφετέριες, αγορά, εστιατόρια, παιδική χαρά, παραλία! Τέλειο σημείο για να εξερευνήσει κανείς τα νότια προάστια και όχι μόνο! Η Αρτεμις πάντα διαθέσιμη, επικοινωνιακή, φιλική και πολύ ευχάριστη! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα❤️

Lovely peaceful oasis with a good location, apartment is exquisitely equipped and everything works well.

On the 3rd floor in building w/ elevator access. Loved the balcony overlooking bustling area. A small studio with lots of amenities. The kitchen is well supplied. Andreas told us of some current construction next door, but we are always up and out early and missed most of it. And they were done early each day as he ensured us. The washing machine was a plus. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Good wifi. Shopping is across the street. Mass transit is very convenient. The area felt very safe. Nice cafes close by and free beaches. If Glyfada is in our next visit to Greece, I would definitely stay here again.

Moses home was a great place for us to stay. Really clean with everything we needed and thoughtful extras, such as extra towels, including beach towels, biscuits, coffee and tea etc to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Although our flight arrival was late evening Moses met us at and showed us around his home, and then to the restaurant we had booked nearby. There were lots of great restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk and the area felt really safe. We were in Vouliagmeni for a wedding and there was even a salon in the square where I was able to book a last minute manicure. It was lovely to have the private patio at the back to sit out in the mornings and have a leisurely coffee. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Moses.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

Thank you for a very nice stay! ☀️🙌 Panos is a super host and the apartment is everything we hoped for. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful sunsets from the outdoor area. Short distance to the supermarket and the beach. We really appreciated the flexibility around checking in and out. Without hesitation, Panos even helped us out with driving us to the airport as we couldn’t get hold of an Uber. Thank you for everything! I hope we’ll be back some day :-)

Wir genossen den Aufenthalt sehr. Pantis war ein super Gastgeber und war immer gut erreichbar, um bspw. Sonnenliegen-Plätze gratis zu erhalten am Strand (3-5min zu Fuss). Im Inserat dürfte besser hervorgehen, dass es sich um eine von insgeamt zwei Wohnungen handelt (Privater Garten, jedoch ein separater, geteilter Poolbereich). Wir hatten trotzdem ausreichend Privatsphäre und konnten den Pool fast immer für uns alleine Nutzen. Die Villa super gelegen und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir würden wieder buchen! :)

David was a brilliant host. Extremely helpful and responsive. Can't recommend the place enough, beautiful location and views.

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

Immensely enjoyed our time at Ketty's place. We did not have a car but could quickly walk to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. The home itself is well loved and it shows in the cleanliness and decor and thoughtful touches. We particularly loved all of the outdoor seating and the outdoor fireplace for grilling. It's also kid-friendly and our boy had a wonderful time exploring the grounds and cleaning leaves and olives out of the pool :)

Отличная, чистая квартира со всеми удобствами. В квартире было все, что может понадобится для проживания. Через дорогу магазин продуктов и игрушек, близко к магазинам и ресторанам. Хозяин давал точные инструкции, поэтому заселение прошло легко и быстро. Рекомендую!

Great rental and fantastic location, it is short walk to both Glyfada’s central shopping area & the beach. Very clean & comfortable apartment with modern accommodations. The stocked waters, coffee and wine are a nice touch especially after a long day of traveling. Dora was very responsive & available during the entire process, I would stay here again.

Appartement très propre. Correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Bien placé. plage et transports en commun juste en face. Supermarché à 2 mn à pieds.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé, face à ma mer et proche de toutes les commodités. Il est grand, spacieux, propre et bien équipé. L’hôte a été très réactive et flexible notamment pour le Check in et out. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse !

Simple, clean 1st floor apartment. Everything worked as advertised. I liked it enough to book this unit for another stay in 6 weeks time.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten mit liebevoll- nostalgischer Dekoration. Sie befindet im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses mit Hanglage, so dass die Terrasse nach Südwesten wie ein großer Balkon wirkt. Von dort schaut man Grüne und ein bisschen auf Tennisplätze. Dank einer elektrischen Markise kann man sie gut mit Schatten versorgen. Obwohl die Temperaturen tagsüber 32 Grad erreichten und nachts bis 22 Grad, konnte man die Wohnung dank der Klimaanlagen im Wohnbereich und im Schlafzimmer gut herunter kühlen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, das Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig, weder vom Haus nich von der Straße haben wir Lärm vernommen, obwohl es Wochenende war. Shampoo, Seife und Spülmittel, sowie Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer, Seife etc. waren vorhanden. Ein Kiosk mit allem Möglichen ist direkt um die Ecke. Zum Strand Kavouri und dem Strandrestaurant sind es nur 5 Minuten, zu den anderen ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Bus 117 hält ganz in der Nähe. Wir würden bei auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Had a great stay here! Beautiful location, lots of restaurant choices within walking distance, easy access to grocery store, super friendly and responsive host. Would stay here again without a doubt!

The place is exactly as described and pictured. Everything is an easy walk and the restaurants are great. I would recommend %1000.
