The entire house is heated and air-conditioned, which allows for year-round relaxation. Guests have 2 SUP boards and 4 bicycles at their disposal. In the garden, there is a JACUZZI (available in the period of temperatures (+++) The property is fenced with a garage and parking on the property.

This fact is confirmed by the discovery, during the construction of the resort, of traces of two settlements that functioned here in prehistoric times. The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, has a separate entrance and exit to the garden. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment is located in Wilkanów. We are only 4 km from Zielona Góra (10 minutes by car to the center). The proximity of the bypass provides quick and convenient access for people traveling on the S3 route and the A2 motorway.

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.
