The house is located in a quiet area on the island of Wolin, close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, cycling and walking routes and a golf course. It is a great base for other seaside attractions nearby. At the same time, we have peace and quiet on the spot, the sunset admired from the terrace and the stars looking into the eyes.

Perfekt für Erholung, Naturgenuss und enspannte Spaziergänge am Wasser. In unserer kleinen Stadt finden Sie zwei Bistros, eine Pizzeria und ein Café. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich nur etwa 500m von der Wohnung entfernt. Ca. eine Stunde fahrt von uns liegt die schöne Stadt Stettin.

For barbecue evenings you can use the spacious terrace. Wi-Fi is available everywhere.

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Enjoy the open living, dining room with kitchen and kitchen counter. The fireplace warms in the cold season. Or work on the beautiful old Biedermeier secretary. The terrace with natural stones invites you to linger. On the balcony you can enjoy breakfast at sunrise.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.
