A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. It’s all about nature! This adorable wooden cottage is located on a little slice of lakeside wilderness. It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boats are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private,clean and comfortable. Perfect for people who love nature and want to relax!

The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)
