The modern apartment has 50 square meters and was renovated over the last few months. It is on the first floor directly next to the river Traun. It features a lovely balcony and it includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

Feel comfortable in our quiet and well located place. The Traunsee is just a few minutes away on foot and beautiful peaks are practically at the doorstep. The king size bed is so cozy you hardly want to get out of the feathers. An espresso from the fully equipped kitchen will give you a breath of fresh air for your holiday.
