The apartment was new in 2019 and is distinguished by having a nice view of the sea. Walking distance to the city center, it takes about 25 minutes to walk to the city center. Paradis train station is a 5 min walk from the apartment. There are many hiking opportunities as well as a swimming area called Godalen and it is only 10 minutes away to walk. At the apartment there is also a nice promenade by the sea where some also choose to swim or to sit down to relax.
