Monthly Rentals in Godean

I stayed at this guesthouse in Jogja from May 11 to 13 and had a great experience. The house was very clean and located in a calm, peaceful area—perfect for relaxing. The housekeeper was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and the owner was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. The house is well-equipped with complete utilities, making it very comfortable and convenient. In the mornings, it’s easy to find local snacks nearby, which adds to the charm of staying in the area. It’s also close to Godean, where you can find several restaurants with great views. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Jogja!

The place is as shown in the photo, the owner is also friendly, there are 2 TVs that are connected to wifi so it's safe to entertain the kids, it's also child-friendly, besides that the AC in each room also works well

Warm and Welcoming Stay! We had a lovely time here—everything matched the listing and photos. The space was clean and well-kept, and the host greeted us personally at check-in, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean, though the ceiling could use a bit more attention. The kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed. The host was responsive and helpful, with clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was easy to find via Google Maps, and the neighborhood felt safe. Great value for the price, with thoughtful extras like coffee, tea, and sugar. Would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect, 5 mnts walk to ayom. Near from pasar kranggan and malioboro. They have stock plenty water for drink. the home was cozy and clean, Highly recommended.
