It is a very secluded property with no "neighbors" on either side. To the east is the soft flowing Parankaya River. To the west are undeveloped grounds which are also part of the villa grounds. It is just a 15 minute walk downhill (or a 5 minute tuktuk ride) to the popular hipster/holistic village of San Marcos La Laguna. From our road entrance up to the house there are 150 steps to hike, well worth it for the incredible view!

The house was designed by Architect Arturo Paz, who designed it so you can see from any perspective Lake Atitlán, also called the most beautiful in the world and three beautiful Atitlán, Tolimán and San Pedro volcanoes. The place is perfect for sunbathing, resting, relaxing, walking and spending some time as a couple, family and friends, where you can also enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

Níspero II / Private Studio Apartment in Cabin

El Níspero II is a 2-story apartment located in the same cabin, which contains two apartments. This property is located in downtown Panajachel. The cabin is at the foot of a mountain and is surrounded by a forest which fosters an atmosphere of peace, comfort and nature. The apartment on the first level has an equipped kitchen and dining area, and on the second level is the bedroom and private bathroom. All areas are private!
