A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

They have a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a good sofa bed for two people and an integrated kitchen, balcony or terrace (both with seating furniture) with a small garden, hallway and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge). There is a new playground and a quaint fish restaurant. One dog is allowed on the ground floor.
