It has direct water views of the Hagensche Wiek to Gager. Enjoy the immediate location by the sea, take a refreshing bath in the Bodden (only 30 m away) after the sauna, relax on the balcony or in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquility away from the tourist streams.

Behind the house is directly to the south beach. The apartment has 3 rooms with 2 separate bedrooms.

From here you can take long walks to the two well-kept sandy beaches (approx. 10 minutes). It is also very suitable as a starting point for a variety of bike tours. Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
