A beautiful and modern place, with an excellent location to stay in the metropolitan area, especially when you travel from the south, without so much traffic to get in and out.

Immaculate condominium. Everything was spotless upon my arrival. Jennifer was especially helpful and accommodating. Grocery store was less than a 10 minute walk. One of the best Airbnb locations I've ever stayed at. I highly, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Attentive, good place and good communication.

Great place and amenities. My favourite was the huge balcony with the view of the clouds and hills. There’s a supermarket next door, makes stocking up on essentials very easy. There’s weekly cleaning too, so extremely convenient for long stays,

Rigo is an excellent host, I loved the excellent communication he had from the beginning and I take a lot of encouragement. The apartment was like feeling at home, and I was fascinated by the cleanliness and cleanliness in everything. I am very satisfied because more than a home, it was a pleasant experience.

The photos of the apartment don't do it justice, it exceeded my expectations. Everything in the apartment looks very modern, Yanitxa had very nice details and provides super clear instructions to access the place, etc. The sound of the river is an extra, very nice. A very central location, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, very safe. 100% recommended

Loanna and Pablo were spectacular hosts, they even helped me with unforeseen situations, and they solved them very kindly, the apartment is in a very quiet and accessible area. It was easy to get to the places we wanted to visit and the security when entering is very good. The apartment had everything we needed to spend our stay in San Jose. You can rest well, there are pets nearby but in general the noise didn't bother us. I thank you for your attentions, I felt at home. I 100% recommend your apartment. We hope to return soon. This apartment is the one I would like to stay at every time I have to go to San Jose. After a busy day in the city, it's the perfect place to relax and rest, it is very quiet neighborhood and the location is very convenient as it is very easy to get to. The kitchen is well equipped, with good stainless steel pots so I would have even be able to cook a meal! Very comfortable bed, a perfect walk-in closet and all the appliances I needed. Sheyla is very helpful and attentive, she replies promptly to all messages and is very kind! I highly recommend this apartment and hope to be able stay here on my next trip to San José!

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!

We booked this Airbnb late in the evening after touring in the mountains. We didn’t really use any of the other amenities because we were flying out the next day. We just used this as a crash pad. The bed was comfortable and shower was nice. The only thing missing was coffee, there were two ways to make coffee but no coffee available. Since we got in late there was really no where to buy any either. Overall, the place was nice, clean and staff was friendly.

Excellent place! I loved it… very comfortable and nice! I highly recommend it if you are interested in moving to any area of the country, this is an excellent starting point, so that you can organize your itinerary. It's an area where you can find everything and with excellent hosts! I certainly hope to visit them again ♥️

Outstanding apartment in San Jose’s best neighborhood and one of the best buildings - really optimized for AirB&B. Good water pressure in a very large walk-in shower. Plenty of kitchen utensils (including. coffee maker & tea kettle), huge refrig & freezer and totally useable space in the kitchen. Very comfy mattress, bed linens and pillows. Great wifi and smart TV. Comfy chairs in the living room. Super smooth, polished/stained concrete floors give the unit a very industrial chic look. Gorgeous under cabinet lighting creates real ambience. Superb laundry facilities on level 6 - no need to buy any detergent! URBN’s common amenity areas are without parallel in San Jose but unfortunately not open to guests not on your AB&B reservation. On previous visits, URBN’s reception desk staff were a highlight of my experience; this time , some viewed guests as a nuisance and never missed an opportunity to be brusque and rude. Would love to return to Buk’s unit 1803!

I've stayed at three different luxury buildings in San Jose and this was by far the best. The location is central, and you have all the trappings of a resort at your disposal: two pools, a gym, sauna and lovely rooftop spaces for working and lounging, with great views. There's an upscale food court across from the building, where everything is excellent, including the coffee at Cafe Etiopia, and even a small convenience store. The place costs a little bit more than some like it, but we were glad to have the two bathrooms. We discovered a bunch of "hidden" amenities, like umbrellas, rain ponchos, and extra chargers. In the kitchen you even have an air fryer, blender, and toaster. Communication with the host was cordial and prompt. We'd not only come back again, but would buy a condo just like this one if we hit the lottery.

We had a short stay but the treatment was like any client and in a great way. The site is private, in a great location and with several amenities to enjoy. In addition, our visit was the cause of an anniversary celebration and we were offered a special package with an extra but reasonable price and what was received exceeded by all the details they gave us. Wendy is an excellent host, proactive, reliable, kind, and we definitely hope to return.
