Beautiful home with an amazing backyard retreat! Our family enjoyer every inch of the backyard from the pool, to dining area, to the putting green and hot tub. Would definitely stay there again! Hosts were quick to respond and flexible with Check in time due to our early flights.

This is a lovely, spacious, comfortable condo right on the golf course near the McCormick Millennium Hotel. Nicely furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of gathering spaces indoors and outdoors, three bedrooms and two and a half baths. All bedrooms have TVs and large closets (the primary suite has two). Quiet and peaceful, a perfect place for four of us to stay while visiting family nearby.

The villa exceeded our expectations. Each unit was well thought out and comfortable. The courtyard was amazing - great place to have a morning coffee. Just a peaceful vibe. I wish we could’ve spent more time at the house.

This Airbnb exceeded expectations - the house was beautiful and full of amenities that made the stay enjoyable and easy with a family away from home. The home was very clean and had everything you need - lots of towels, amazing bathroom products, a full kitchen with dishes, spices, small appliances, etc. The backyard was inviting with comfy seating areas, the pool was clean and big, the hot tub was hot and very clean - my family also enjoyed the putting green and pickleball. The hosts were very responsive to questions and helped guide us to a local easy hike up Lookout Mountain for a sunset view. The location made for easy drives around to golf courses and local sites. Would love to come back again when we return to Arizona.

We had such a wonderful stay in Scottsdale! Our host, Tony, was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our trip. The home itself was spotless—so clean and beautifully maintained with a great vibe. We especially loved the private backyard and pool area—it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location couldn't have been better—just minutes from Old Town, amazing restaurants, and great shopping. Highly recommend it and would absolutely stay here again!

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, we stayed in the “Slash House” for my bachelorette weekend the beginning of June and it was magical!Everything was beautiful, the backyard was so much fun, the pool, there’s misters that are around the house and those were definitely needed with how hot it is there & the bedrooms were nice. The only bad thing really throughout the whole weekend was that the showers were cold, so a lot of us couldn’t really get a good shower in. Gus did answer every single phone call we had and was great at responding, he did come to our place to fix the cold/hot water situation and it worked for about one shower and then went right back to being cold. But he did come try and fit it. The neighbor also yelled at us and called the cops on us at 4:30pm (during the day) because we had a hibachi chef come to our place so we were a little loud (mainly laughing). But overall besides those things the best experience I’ve had and I would definitely recommend staying here !!

Very spacious and clean! I attended a conference at the Fairmont which was a minute walk away. Brought my family as well and our accommodations were perfect.

This was perfect for us because we were attending QuiltCon at the convention center in downtown Phoenix and Carrick's house is only a 10 min drive, very easy, and a short drive to grocery stores and EV chargers for our rental car. Carrick welcomed us and made us feel at home although we didn't spend a lot of time there.

As an AirBnB vets, Paul's place was one of the favorite places we've ever stayed. For the nearly two weeks we were there, it was convenient to the places we wanted to go, and when we weren't going some place, we really enjoyed lounging by the exceptional pool, which is an absolute oasis. It is private, with plenty of furniture, a bar area with a grill, and lots of sun (with plenty of shade available). The master bedroom has a large and very comfortable bed. The office was a nice place to get some work done, but truly, the little work we did get done was done outside by the pool. The house was very clean, and had everything we could possibly need. This was not your typical AirBnB rental, Paul's place is a home. We just loved it! Paul is an excellent host, and made us feel welcome. He is highly attentive, but everything went smoothly so there was not much of a need for communication. You won't be disappointed, this is an AZ gem!

The best service you can find anywhere

Nicolas was a charming and very professional host. Was very accommodating and gracious. His dog Suzy was wonderful to have for me as a single traveller! She was very welcoming after day 1 and made my stay extra special. Only met his daughter briefly but she was charming and mature and also very helpful! Would definitely return!

This place was amazing, they had everything shown and more. I had 11 guys total with me all of us had more than enough space for bathrooms and sleeping comfortably. Only thing to keep in mind is the strict noise policy which can be inconvenient.
