This was a last-minute emergency situation because I had issues with piping in my house. Since that was happening, I also took advantage of having the house fumigated. So finding this place was an absolute gem. Carlos was incredible. Helped my mother and I through a tough time as far as having an affordable last-minute place to stay.

The apartment was perfect. The photos coincided with the accommodation, the host was always available to support, it is very nice. We feel at home. An excellent experience.

It rained majority of our trip so most of our time was spent inside the unit. It was very spacious, comfortable and had mostly everything you needed to feel at home. From check in to check out everything went smoothly. I really appreciate Angel and Alejandro hospitality throughout the stay and quickness to answer my questions. Little points to consider; the shower pressure was good until you turned it to warm then it became very low. Wanted to warm some food up in the oven but couldn’t find any baking dishes/pans to use so ended up having to use the microwave. Also, wish there were more options on the TV. We were stuck inside most of the time due to the rain and traveling with a baby so next time we will probably have to travel with our Firestick as not many options. Overall great place and the view even in the rain was 10/10.

Really nice, peaceful and clean place to stay. Hosts were really nice and friendly. Free parking at the place. Hollywood beaches are very close. We definitely would repeat it again.

We were group of three, we stayed for 4-5 days. Location was good, valet was easy and quick, view was good from patio, clean place, they have beach chairs and umbrella too which was quiet useful, also a water cooler, best part was it has a powder room also. Things which could be improved : Towels had too much fragrnance, there were no pods or liquid to wash clothes, number of plates and bowls can be increased, handwash liquid wasn’t there.Patio was amazing and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou!!

The stay was amazing, Noelia's apartment is impeccable, super clean, the beds are very comfortable, the towels are new and impeccable, the bathroom has everything you need and more There is a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, good dishes, the kitchen works perfectly TV, impeccable internet Double-glazed window, you can't hear anything Balcony with a table and armchairs for a drink in the evening Refrigerator with frezzer There was coffee, tea, chocolates, water, juice Flexibility for entry and departure. Noelia was always available in case we needed anything In short, we feel very comfortable We already knew the condominium but Noelia exceeded our expectations

Beautiful place but a bit overrated if you don’t use the amenities, be sure to read the description closely unlike me I was surprised with messages, talking about daily amenity fees, and mandatory valet parking fees. All staff is super friendly. It was a peaceful start

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and located in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood that felt incredibly safe. The host was very thoughtful and even left us snacks and water, which we really appreciated after a long trip. What really made the experience even better were all the amenities available on the property. There was a great pool, a basketball court, and plenty of other things to do right on-site—it felt like a mini resort! We truly enjoyed both the comfort of the apartment and everything the property had to offer. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-rounded stay! Amazing place right by the beach. Super clean and great views. We enjoyed our vacation here!

While this is a nice 2br apartment it is not on the ocean and you can’t see any water from it. It is also a “French” community. We don’t speak French. There are no local “bars” close, we like to usually rent a golf cart. There’s no where to rent them there. We had to drive to do about anything. The beach is nice and within walking distance and the place was well furnished for our 2 week stay! Pool and hot tub were both great!

We had an amazing stay at Kate's home. It wash very clean and was as beautiful as the pictures. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of towels, both bath and beach, for the two of us. and the pool/jacuzzi was that icing on top. We felt safe in that neighborhood and it was alway quite and peaceful. Day and night. Kate and her associates were very communitive and helpful from the day I booked until the time we left. And I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to my friends and loved ones. Thanks Kate!!

The apartment is beautiful! Very clean and modern. Vivi is very attentive and was always available for our inquiries. The area is very quiet and the beach is a few blocks away. We really liked that the apartment is equipped with all the details, from a full kitchen, laundry room and even chairs and umbrella for the beach, we lacked nothing. 100% recommended.

Everytime I visit Miami from now on, this will be where I'm staying. Shani provided a guide of places to dine, shop, and visit in the area which made it easy to navigate. The check-in process was easy. She gave clear directions on everything for our entire stay, and the place was immaculately clean. The concierge staff was even friendly. I L❤️VED it!
