We LOVED it here!! Everything was clean and the best location to all of the restaurants and the beach! We will definitely be back!

Rafael was very responsive and accommodating as we had packages delivered ahead of time which he kindly took inside ahead of our arrival. The location can't be beat. One min walk to the beach!

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Extremely satisfied beyond expectation split image of what the host had posted . Best investment I made in a trip includes having a kitchen, bedroom -2 queen side beds, walking distance to a private beach catering to the condos residence . In addition, they provided kitchen essentials, beach essentials which are umbrella , chairs and children essentials which include a playpen, car seat. Definitely renting again

Truly enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean and the balcony was our favorite part. We took lots of pictures out there. Just wish the tv was updated so we could use Youtube, Netflix, etc.

There's soo much that could be said about how great this place was. But honestly words don't do it proper justice. Stay here and youll completely understand! Absolutely astounding views and a beautiful place all around. No complaints at all. Live the good life, and stay here!!

Awesome experience. Everything was clean, looked just like the listing description, and the perfect location to the beach. The place is also great if you are traveling with little ones because a pack n play and baby bath tub were available for use. I would definitely book again.

Amazing view, great location, have lots of restaurants, grocery stores. Beach was very beautiful and right infront of the building. Amazing pool and amamenities! my family and I enjoyed this place and we will definitely be back! The host was very responsive, valet parking very friendly and efficient.

The stay was really beautiful in all aspects and the hosts were very accommodating - they generously provided early check-in when requested and late check-out due to a small issue in the unit. They responded very well to the issue and promptly provided a solution. A few pointers for the host: 1. If you prefer guests not to use the white towels for makeup, maybe provide a separate black linen for those guests. 2. We were unaware that we had access to the restaurant and pool at the hotel Lyfe across the street and I think this would be worth mentioning to future guests who may want to check out a pool with a beachfront view. The pool at Hyde is gorgeous as well but if you want a change of scenery it's nice to have another option. 3. The resort fees are worth it but some information regarding beach chair rental and pool hours would be helpful. 4. Double check that the premises are stocked with necessities (trash bags). Otherwise a great stay! Thank you!!

Amazing place! The view from the condo is incredible, unlike anything else. The condo is very spacious and well equipped. Easy check-in and check-out process. Aventura Mall is a short drive from the spot. Overall, great experience!

I had an amazing stay in Miami! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — stylish, modern, and very functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotless upon arrival, and the self check-in process was seamless thanks to the clear instructions. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — right on the beach with private access, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami!

Our stay at Silvana's apartment was very pleasant. The space was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. It also included beach accessories (umbrella, wagon, and children's toys), which were very useful for us. We stayed with my husband and 3-year-old son, and we really liked it. We would definitely choose Silvana's apartment again.

We had a perfect stay! The oceanfront condo was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with stunning ocean views was a highlight every morning. The host was responsive and made check-in seamless. Great view of Hollywood Beach from the PentHouse! The place looked bigger in person than in the pictures so that was a big plus. Just make sure to plan for long elevator waits on the weekends!

I had a fantastic stay at this location, with spectacular views. The place was very clean and the bedroom was extremely comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hosts responded to any concerns and accommodations very quickly. This is my first time in Miami and if I ever return I would want to stay here it was a fantastic time and fantastic stay i highly recommend this location.
