Gordon and Merillyn were wonderful hosts! Five stars no notes for this beautiful property. Gordon and Merillyn left detailed instructions for our arrival to Kalimna and carefully considered recommendations for our stay. They had prepared freshly baked bread, fresh fruit and provided chocolate for our Easter enjoyment. We also had many bird varieties visit the rainforest-esque back garden. Could not have asked for a better location for our Easter getaway - would recommend to all!!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to getaway! Close to so many beautiful lookouts/ trails; i would say a perfect location. We noticed Kim had taken extra effort to make this home as comfortable as possible. Love that they provided firewood for us and the absolutely clean bedrooms. Lucky got to meet their friendly dog Hugo on our way out! Would totally come back.

We had an amazing stay at Steve’s place! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable for our group, which included my family and two other couples. The breakfast package and selection of drinks were a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. The spa was clean and fully operational - perfect for relaxing together after a day out. Steve was a great host, responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and relaxing getaway!

A Perfect Winter Escape with Stunning Views! What a fantastic winter getaway for our group of eight! WenResting's waterfront views are even more breathtaking in person. The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our large group without feeling crowded. We loved the cozy living areas, and the reverse-cycle air conditioning was a blessing on the chilly evenings. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and having all the linen and towels provided was a thoughtful touch. Kellie was a brilliant host, friendly and communicative and made the entire check-in process effortless. The location is second to none. Being just a short, scenic stroll from the footbridge made exploring Lakes Entrance an absolute breeze. The spectacular views and warm, inviting atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. We only had 1 night at this B&B (last night). Ling met us on arrival with an umbrella because it was absolutely pouring rain. Everything was nicely presented and once we turned the heating on we were nice and cosy and warm. Everything in the way of amenities was supplied. The continental breakfast was sufficient with lots of choices of cereal, toast and fruit and everything is dairy free so we enjoyed our first Oat Milk Cappuccino and really enjoyed it. The house is very clean, and equipped all you need. It is really nice walk way across the road through seaside to 800 Metre long jetty. The view from house windows from ground floor living room and upstairs balcony is not able to compare to any other.

We couldn't have picked a better place to spend a long weekend away from city. We really enjoyed the serenity and beauty of the place. The house is comfortable and clean, and very quiet for a good night sleep. We'll definitely recommend staying at Bernardine's place.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lucas’s place! The house is beautiful, offering the best views of Lakes Entrance — truly breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Lucas was a fantastic host, friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our visit. The house was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities to make the stay convenient and enjoyable. We had such a wonderful stay at Marianne's place, the house was perfect for a family getaway and in such a perfect location. Marianne was beyond helpful and the little things like a fully stocked kitchen and a pool/table tennis table made the stay perfect. will definitely look at visiting again

Beautiful midweek stay! Close to the beach, opposite the general store which has everything you need! Cosy fireplace for the winter nights. Dogs loved the backyard and lying in front of the fire! Well equipped house and very comfortable beds! Everything you need in the one place. Great communication & was very generous with early check in & late checkout!

Perfect base in Metung! This accommodation was very close to town, so it made it easy to duck down to the local bakery for morning coffee and breakfast, or Metung Hotel for dinner (both great food spots). Perched amongst the rolling hills, it was quiet and private, and we were welcomed by 3 friendly furry friends!The place was spacious and clean, and felt very comfortable. A small heater in the room and electric blanket in the bed warmed up quickly, much needed during winter. Would come back next time visiting Metung.

A wonderful, peaceful place! The views are beautiful. Especially at dawn. Friendly host and animals. Rolly, the canine concierge, especially. Our dogs particularly loved this Airbnb. Probably their most favorite ever! Excellent gravel bike rides close by. The house is an authentic Australian farmhouse. A mixture of eclectic design elements. Very loved and visited by treasured family. Staying here took me back to visiting friend's parents farms fifty years ago! Except for the sparkling new Bali inspired bathroom! Very comfy beds, warm living spaces, heaps of kitchen things, a wonderful library and a strong sense of family history. No airs and graces. Honest, country hospitality. Congratulations on a lovely place! We loved our stay and hope to return.

We enjoyed this beautiful setting and Karen made us (and our doggo) feel very welcome. Gorgeous treetop and water views from bed and the deck. Comfy bed, spacious accommodation and everything we needed. We only stayed one night but would've loved a second.

We were only able to stay one night but really enjoyed our time there. The flat is the perfect size for a small family and was very clean. We would definitely stay again if we come back.

Great deal! If you are here to experience Crab catching, this is the best place to stay. You don’t have to buy or bring any gear’s like crab cage, rope, etc. the host can borrow you for free! All you need to prepare is the drumsticks. Great location with fare price, definitely would recommend to everyone!

The host Qing was very nice and very responsive.Although the house is old, the room is clean.Supermarket and KFC, McDonald's as well as places to grab crab.The price was also very suitable👍 because we didn't have a crab cage and the host lent us to use it at no cost, which was very much appreciated!

Qings place was the best value for money in Lakes Entrance. We could not have had a better location it was within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants and the esplanade. The unit was very comfortable, clean and spacious, ideal for a couple or young family. We highly recommend it and would return.
