311E Private Room in Super Convenient Area, Room E

We really enjoyed our stay here , I’ve traveled with my mother and my 9 year old daughter , I didn’t expect the weather to be foggy and cold but they say it’s always like that at this time of June , although one day it was sunny and less cold which is was great because we had an awesome view of the golden gate bridge, there’s a lots of restaurants around the house And also a cvs near by , all that is walking distance, Idid find parking right at the house , there’s park meters but after 6pm to 9am are free parking and there’s also st parking that from 9am to 6pm are 2 hour parking and after 6pm to 9am are free parking , the room had a portable hitter that works great, bed was comfy but I really recommend to bring your own towels after showers because all I’ve saw was hand towels in the bathroom and bring your own body wash because they only have bar soaps , they do have shampoo and conditioners though , over all we’ll definitely come back and 100% recommend this place to anyone .

Comfortable, Quiet Private Room w/ shared bath

LauraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We really had a good time there. The Japanese toilet is what I loved about the stay, I am gonna be honest. And the living room was spacious, had a big screen and we watched Netflix in the evenings. The neighborhood was quiet, almost free of homeless people, which was comforting. We felt really safe (unlike some other neighborhoods in SF). There was a coffee machine with free coffee and a water filter. The location is was also close to several bus stops, in case we needed to go anywhere. Overall, we are very happy with our stay. one small note, the room has a window but it can't be opened. wasn't a big dear, just a comment.

Dolores studio: private entrance b/w Noe & Mission

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our visit to San Francisco. The location is quiet and safe in a beautiful residential neighborhood and we only had to walk a few blocks to find coffee, food and drinks, shopping, and multiple public transit options. The apartment had all the basics we needed, was clean and well-appointed, and met our needs perfectly.

I had another fabulous stay at Josh's place. I really love the up grade to the bathrooms, just don't forget to bring your shower shoes. There's lots to do and see in this area. I highly recommend staying at Josh's place when visiting San Francisco.

room-5 remodeled private apt3

Great apartment! Highlights: super clean, very minimal but it has everything you’d need, lovely view (partial view of the ocean and complete view of the hills in the distance), decent WiFi, and fully equipped kitchen. For those that want to work remotely, there is a dining table in the shared living space that can be used. I also want to mention that Sam, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful when I requested a few minor things like toothpaste and a charging cable. Definitely recommend! :)

Monroe Studio 225

JimmyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
This place is close to so many things within the SF area. They are all accessible via public transit, especially with the bus going down Van Ness which is very convenient. The staff at the desk are nice and the hosts are very responsive to your needs. The room and bathroom was very clean. I will say, if you're a light sleeper, this might not be for you. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear your upstairs tenant, the heater thing does make the occasional clanking noise from time to time. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Spacious Private Bedroom near USF / GG Park #1

LongRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Ailan and co-hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The house was proactively cleaned, making it comfortable for guests to stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and easy to commute by public transportation with bus stops within 3-7 mins of walking distance. Just FYI that the shared bathroom has ceiling windows for ventilation, which sometimes make it a bit chilly at night, and the toilet flush is a little bit weak (but still working). Overall, I’d highly recommend the place and would book again!
