Fully renovated villa between 2021/2022, totally private pool, expansion and only 2 min walk to the wonderful beach of Golem. The Villa is close to the beaches you will find restaurants, markets, shops for a lively life. Supermarket 2 minutes drive. The Villa is fully air-conditioned, everything is new from the end of 2021 at most, the 6x3 pool awaits you.
