The attached guest house has a separate entrance in the back of the house off the private court yard. Perfect for couples, travelers, nurses, business travelers and small groups. Large bedroom upstairs with 1 queen bed + 1 folded twin bed (stored in closet)+ bathroom. There is also ac units for summer heat and plenty of board games for the kids and family

Newly remodeled large bedroom (with cal king bed), bathroom, and patio with private entrance and self check-in. While sitting outside, enjoy the view of the nature preserve and listen for tree frogs and, if you're lucky, coyotes, too. There is a 1.5 mile walking path across the street offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. Take a different path (.4 mi each way) toward local @CaptainFattys microbrewery (check IG for wood fired pizza and events).

1 Bedroom plus Loft with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Our beach themed unit is the ideal place to access all that the central coast has to offer. Cook a nice dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, sip a glass of wine on your private patio, watch tv in the comfortable living room, or work if you must at the desk upstairs (with a Mountain View). Close to UCSB, Sandpiper Golf Course, the Beach and Bacara Resort and Spa. And get to the wine country in a half hour.

This is a cozy garden studio 10 minutes walk to the private beach and 10 minutes drive to Santa Barbara. It’s a great place for a retreat. The studio has a kitchenette, bathroom, comfy queen bed, and french doors opening up to a private sunny sitting area. It has a parking area and a pathway to the entrance. There are endless paths for walking or riding bikes on the beautiful More Mesa preserve, short walk from the studio.

Very clean 1BR (10x10’), 1 small BA, small LR(10x14’) and private patio! 1/2 mi from the bluffs! All essentials: microwave,smartTV, WiFi, minifridge, coffee,snacks. Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.

We can only recommend this place! Holly and her husband are very kind and welcoming hosts. Holly even shared some great local recommendations with us on short notice, which we really appreciated. If you love mid-century style homes, this room is a perfect fit. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed with Julia for a week and really enjoyed my stay. The house had a warm character, with beautiful antique furniture. The room was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed, a large window overlooking a gorgeous garden, and a private bathroom. Julia was very welcoming and such a kind person. She shared freshly baked bread and eggs in the mornings, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I loved my stay with Julia, highly recommend her, and would definitely stay with her again in the future.

My husband had a great stay at Janina’s place. He was working in the area for the week. Check-in was smooth and easy, and they were very friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and the space had everything I needed. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. He’d definitely stay here again!

We didn’t actually get to meet Rachel in person, which was a shame but she communicated perfectly by Airbnb message service. Very prompt at replying , Rachel is friendly and helpful. her place was altogether immaculately clean and well equipped. a well positioned, peaceful residence that was a joy to stay in. It would have been a bit of a walk for us to get to the local amenities but they are actually only a short drive away. The center of Santa Barbara is quite close and the freeway access is just down the road. All in, a great experience. Thanks Rachel, we would certainly stay again.
