Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. CASA SIBU is an ideal place to rest away from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time, you will have the beach, supermarkets or restaurants just 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. The balcony is spacious and is oriented to the sunset and forest. It's equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. It has A/C, hot water, kitchen, large windows to facilitate ventilation and a ceiling fan over the bed for the hottest people. The bed is a double, but it also has an individual one.

The property is close to supermarkets, restaurants, a health center and a service station, as well as direct access to a paved street. COSEVI, the station where the driving tests are carried out, and the Tracopa terminal (Buses) are 6 minutes away. We offer ample parking for two vehicles.
