3-4 minutes drive from the center of Yalikavak. We didn't have much trouble. Just so you know, it's not like walking to the center.

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

Mrs. Nalan is a really great host. Before we entered the house, he informed us sufficiently by telling us all the details of the house and the whole Bodrum area. My wife and I felt like we were in our own home. The house was within walking distance of the beaches, markets and marina. It had a wonderful balcony. Also, everything in the house was spotless. It will definitely be the only place we will choose for our next Bodrum holiday. Thank you very much, Ms. Nalan.

I had a wonderful week with my family. The house was very nice, we had almost everything we needed and it was clean. The garden was also very enjoyable. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Ibrahim, he helped in everything. There were very nice beaches nearby, even within walking distance. Thank you for everything. It's definitely a place we'd choose again.

I recommend it to those who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful holiday in the most tranquil parts of Bodrum. Ms. Gamze took care of everything one by one. She shared a very professional document and includes everything with us. He responded very quickly when I had questions though. The view and calmness of the house was my favorite part. A spotless home with everything we needed. We highly recommend Ms. Gamze's house.

Ms. Ayşegül's house was really like in the photos, with a very nice view and a shaded balcony from 10am, immaculate and everything you find, a very delicious beach. Ms. Ayşegül's parents, Ms. Şehriban and Mr. Oğuz, are also staying downstairs and are very interested, very sweet people, they gave us delicious treats. It was a very nice holiday, we are very satisfied.

Great villa, host provides all that is needed for comfortable accommodation including water, paper napkins, beach towels and more. Everything to make you relax comfortably! The view from the balcony and rooftop is amazing!

We had a truly wonderful week at this beautiful villa in Turkey. The property is spacious, spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing family holiday. It’s set in a quiet, private location, and the pool – which wraps around the house – became the perfect focal point, especially when dining outside. Our host, Ceren, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to support us when our son needed medical help after a sea urchin mishap – she directed us promptly to the right place. She also gave us plenty of notice for things like the gardener’s visit, always checking what worked best for us. This villa, combined with Ceren’s thoughtful hosting, made for one of our best holidays. Highly recommended!

The most beautiful house in a lovely area. The house was very clean and the amenities were great. The view was amazing and both pools available were incredible. I would love to stay again. Guven was also an incredibly nice and helpful host who made the trip even better. Thank you!

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.

The house was beautiful and professionally decorated. It had a very nice, large, and clean swimming pool. House was sparkly clean. Kitchen had all the appliances. It was in Walkable distance to Yalıkavak marina. Although, walking was safe it was a little lonely. Fatih Bey was very pleasant , friendly and responsible. Whenever I needed help he was there for me with his suggestion from drivers to local restaurants to suggested activities. Overall, I was very impressed.

Fantastic villa for 7 friends in a beautiful location. We loved it, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants as well as the harbour where we took a boat trip. The owner was very helpful and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

It is a very lovely and classy huge house - ideal for family with the beautiful garden and amazing large pool. The kitchen is well equipped with a fancy decoration. Nil (she lives in a small house next to the main house) is very friendly and helps with every issue immediately. The restaurants recommandations form Orkun were awesome. Supermarkets and a nice shopping mall within 5-10min by car. House is 10-15min by car from Bodrum harbour depending on traffic. We would always come back.

Arya's quick responses and proactive attitude swiftly resolved any issues we faced, showcasing her dedication. Despite being an hour away from marinas, the villa's serene location made the distance insignificant. In summary, Arya's villa in Bodrum is an excellent choice for a rejuvenating getaway, with its beautiful setting, superb host, and tranquility leaving us with cherished memories and gratitude.

Everything was amazing from check in to check out. Great location, and a place to enjoy. Hosts Onur and Sevgul were very responsive which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended to families, and couples just trying to get away for a while.

It is an amazing place! The only thing I'm sad about it's that we had so little time to enjoy the house. it's bonkers what you paid in exchange of the service provided by Ali. He was always respectful and helpful, even got us a taxi from the airport to the place! would rent again if ever in Bodrum in the future!

We stayed 1 week at the villa Salmakis villa and it was a pleasant stay. The house is well built, well equipped with a large pool. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is not very far from Turgutreis and Bodrum, very easy to access by car. The staff are always attentive and very responsive. If I had to do it again, I would take the same villa

The host was amazing and super helpful and responsive to every question. If you see this property and are considering it, speaking as someone with very high standards, this is an amazing option in terms of space, amenities, PRIVACY, and location. The only things I should add that aren’t on the listing are: It may be a little bit difficult to find or communicate with taxis to bring you here (I discovered google maps in this area has not been updated in 5 years so that could be it), for easier navigation set the location to a nearby hotel once you are given the address and you will see the villa from there. The second thing is that the villa we stayed in came after high stairs, so just something to keep in mind before packing or if you are worried about accessibility for different traveller. Overall my experience was 10/10. The area is lovely. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. The villa was breathtaking.

We felt very comfortable in the villa of the Menges-Weber family. The location is perfect between Turutreis and Gümüslük on the slope with fantastic sunsets. The villa leaves nothing to be desired. The pool was a great refreshment in the hot temperatures. The approach to the villa is, as is typical everywhere in Turkey, over very poorly tarred roads. However, since we knew this in advance, it didn't really bother us. All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday, we will definitely come back!
