From the swing area, you will have access to a small trail to the river, a river with a small waterfall, exclusive for you to relax with your family quietly. In the living room/kitchen, a super comfortable futon accommodates two more guests, making it a family-friendly experience. The property also has trails and small waterfalls. Reconnect with nature at SANTALENA REFUGE!! Newly inaugurated, our chalet is thematic and refers to the highest mountain in America, Aconcágua. Like Aconcágua and following the local constructions, this chalet is all solid stone, has a green grass roof and Andean architecture using rustic woods. The most beautiful sunset in the region!! A private and safe location. We are close to Pedra do Baú, Pedra do Baú restaurant and 25 minutes from the city of São Bento.

Our property is just 900 meters from the center of Gonçalves, on top of the mountain, with a breathtaking view. This space was born from a dream: to build our 'little house in the countryside', a refuge designed for our future retirement. While we continue to work in São Paulo, we decided to open our doors and share this special little corner with other travelers. Thus, you can also enjoy the peace, nature and all that the 'Pearl of Mantiqueira' has to offer

Estrada da Terra Fria km7, the main road in the region, is unpaved and does not require a 4x4 vehicle.

Casa de Campo Cochegante, located at 1650m altitude with a privileged view of the Mantiqueira mountain range, has ample lawn, olive and blueberry plantation, vegetable garden, orchard and stable. It is located within a farm, a kind of rural condominium with total security and privacy. It is located in the Venancios neighborhood, the oldest and best preserved in Gonçalves.
