The 330 m2 house is located in the municipality of Gonçalves - MG, 4.5 km from the center, which is part of Serra da Mantiqueira. The village is at an altitude of 1,400 m, which allows you to see a variety of spectacular landscapes, such as mountains, the Pedra do Baú, the lagoon located on the property, etc. It has a cellar in the basement. THE HOUSE OFFERS BEDDING AND TABLE LINEN. NO FACE AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. IT IS NECESSARY TO BRING. THERE WILL BE ONLY 4 BATH TOWELS AND 2 FACE FOR EMERGENCY USE.

It has 2 suites, American gourmet kitchen, living room with SKY TV, WI-FI with Starlink (High speed) and electric heaters in the rooms. Outside, there is an infinity pool, whirlpool, floor fireplace and total privacy. 900 metres from the city centre and fully paved. We love animals !!!
