This little cocoon will guarantee you a peaceful and 100% Auscitain stay.

This 80 m2 cottage, adjoining our home, has just been completely renovated and designed so guests can enjoy a beautiful multicolored and hilly landscape with serenity. This accommodation is equipped with all modern comforts and opens directly onto a private wooded park, allowing you to relax in a real green setting. Free parking is available near the cottage and access is independent.

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. Close to the Gondrin leisure centre, it is also an ideal destination for a family with children in summer ! Our cottage consists of a main room with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. You will also have a small shaded terrace and a part of the garden. Sheets and towels not provided.
