In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of Avşa Island. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the grocery stores and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the seafront and the fact that the island is located in a reputable family environment, the daily accommodation facility is very few and has the most tranquil beach around it.

Our apartment is in center of Avşa Island. The items of our apartment are completely zero and very suitable for long-term stays. It is right in the center of Avsa on the side of the amusement park and is located on the seafront. Five minutes walk to the pier. The supermarkets are right next to us and there is Migros market on the ground floor of the building we are in, and there is Şok market in front of us. It is an ideal apartment for families. Along the beach, there are places that you can eat, drink and chill. With its panoramic view of the bay, the balcony offers a unique experience that you can share with your family and friends. You can use the stone grill to cook delicious food. It is a 5-minute drive to Tatlisu and Dalyan towns that You can meet your needs like Shopping, dining etc.

the accommodation is important, but the trust given by the operator is more important. Mr. Yüksel is a successful and sensitive person in this regard. He is very respectful of his guests. my accommodation is right in the center. It is an environment where you can take regular walks. It is an average of 7 minutes between my accommodation place and the port. An accommodation in the center of the garden. You can drink tea and coffee in the garden and read a book, if you want, you can burn a barbecue and eat your meal.

Su was so friendly and proactive in helping us get here. We arrived very late after a very long drive and he greeted us with a smile and showed us around without rushing us. The room was clean and very comfortable. The space was very cosy and the shared amenities including bathroom were very clean. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and would recommend. The road getting in was a little tricky but the instructions were so clear and easy to follow. Would recommend for campers or someone with a decent sized car. Highly recommend overall and we’d happily return

Overall, we were satisfied with the house and the communication with the host. They were helpful to provide our needs. They were open to communication. The location of the house was very good, away from other crowds and sounds but also close to everything. There is also an area right in front of the house where you can swim in the sea, it was calmer and there were few people. I think it was the best part of this house. If we go to Avşa again, we would like to stay in the same place. They came to get it by car to reach the house, and we would also like to thank you for that. There were just a few issues that were at a disadvantage for us. The washing machine was on the ground floor of the house and reserved for common use. Since we were on the top floor it was difficult to get down to the laundry toss. The vacuum cleaner was also shared, just so you know. It could have been better if the houses were in themselves. We couldn't see the iron either, but if we asked, Mr. Cihan and his wife would definitely help. There is no air conditioning in the house, the upper floors are airy at certain times of the day. There was wifi. Overall, we were satisfied. Thank you so much for everything ☺️☺️🙏🏻
