Located 5 minutes from the train station and a 12-minute walk from the city center, you will find all types of shops on site (bakery, butcher, cheese shop, delicatessen) but also an Intermarché. In the neighborhood, several types of restaurants (traditional, pizzeria, kebab...) are within walking distance.

The living room gives access to a rolling balcony where you can enjoy the garden furniture for relaxing moments outdoors. You will appreciate the proximity to all amenities: bakeries, restaurants shops... The cinema and train station are just a 5 minute walk away, making it easy to get around and out.
