Extremely clean and fragrant house, simple but with everything that is necessary. Eduardo and his wife were polite, kind and super flexible at check-in and check-out, and welcomed us with a delicious cake and juice. I loved my stay and would definitely rent again! 🥰

I felt at home. The house is beautiful and very pleasant, as well as very clean. The internet also works very well. It is a renovated old house, with a style that we no longer see in modern houses. Very interesting. The interior decor is also very beautiful. I was with my boyfriend and we wanted to buy a similar house for us to live forever. You don't even want to leave. The host was very helpful, always responding to me very quickly. Thank you!

We were made to feel very welcome, the hosts are very polite and helpful. The accommodation is better than it looks in the pictures, all new, rustic and very beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the house is quite spacious. I went with my family and felt at home. I recommend it to everyone.

The whole stay was amazing. Léo always quick to answer our questions, check-in and super quiet checkout. The house is great, it has a great structure and super complete, we don't miss anything. Near the market, bakery and beautiful and quiet beaches (thing of 7 minutes walking very quietly).

This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Prepare for rustic and on the verge of falling apart but you don’t care with the surroundings, it feels like you are sleeping on the ocean and walking through a magical secret pathways

We had a wonderful 7 days, the house smelled good, well equipped with kitchen utensils, comfortable sofas and the bed provided us with great nights of sleep. The house as a whole is wonderful, beautiful garden, great space for those who will take a dog, we took our Bully who enjoyed the house and the beach a lot. Quiet neighborhood, many shopping options, quiet streets day and night. We thank the hosts José and Laura for welcoming us with affection, always giving tips on places and restaurants. Beautiful beach, we had no difficulty getting there, wonderful experience, I recommend the space to everyone.

Those were days of true rest and tranquility. The house provided us with so much comfort that we hardly felt like leaving. What a joy to be able to return to this apartment! My second experience was as amazing as the first, if not better. Attention to detail is remarkable, especially the impeccable cleanliness of the entire space. I was impressed by the perfection of the windows in the bedrooms and the balcony, without any stains at all.

Excellent place to stay here in Santos, a few steps to the beach, markets and restaurants. Easy access and very polite and responsive building staff. The Kitnet is super comfortable, and has everything you need for a quiet stay, the Host was super friendly and caring. Excellent, highly recommend.

Apartment with a foot in the sand, close to bakeries and supermarkets, it has air conditioning in the suite and in the living room, the host was super proactive and with effective communication, I'm sure we would return on the next trip to Santos! It has a garage that made it a lot easier! I recommend it!

This is a very special place. Peculiar place for architecture lovers. This is an Artacho Jurado pearl in front of the most beautiful beach garden on Earth (in the Guinness book as the largest beach front garden one). For me and my daughter it was an experience that we wanted to leave. Worthy of every moment. Highly recommend for its design, large spaces and location. Now, if you are noise sensitive and/or light sensitive on sleeping hours, you might struggle to have a good resting night. The street noise is intense night and day. The two floor to ceiling windows’ facades are only protected by sunscreen shades, with no blackout curtains. We were VERY pleased to spend our days there, and equally pleased to move into a quieter place to sleep the following days :)

Apartment very well located, sensational view, all very new and preserved. By entering the apto you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be top. And it really was. Da.Suelly and Mrs Vanessa always present and proactive. I will definitely come back more often. As a suggestion if possible: increase the size of the bed. Thank you very much.

I loved my stay in this space, an excellent place to spend a few days in Santos, close to everything and facing the beach, my husband and I were extremely pleased and even wanting to move there hahaha, we will return for sure!

The apartment is great, everything as described in the listing, Samyra responded quickly to the questions we had at check-in and the building staff were very polite. Everything worked perfectly well in the apartment, the beds were very good and all the utensils were in great condition. I'll be back for sure!
