Torre di Longara: comfort and relaxation just outside the city

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

It is ideal for families or groups who want to stay in spacious accommodations, just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals, and immersed in the large, well-equipped garden.

Emilio country house is a rustic delight renovated in a small village on the Emilian hills, in an oasis of peace and tranquility. Recommended for those who want to break away from the daily routine. In alternativa Parcheggio coperto Kennedy raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. La casa si trova all’interno del centro storico ma al di fuori delle ZTL

The house consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room, a lounge/study, two bathrooms, kitchen, a laundry room and a small cellar. You can easily walk within minutes of the Station and for those arriving by car and needing to park it is no more than 100 metres from the underground car park on Via Kennedy.
