Fantastic townhouse located within close proximity to the hospitals, stores, restaurants and freeway. It was very peaceful and quiet.

If you are going to LSU, or have an event that is around the campus, Maria’s place is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants, a grocery store and tiger stadium. The property is also very clean and everything is in great working order.

James was an amazing host! We had some extenuating circumstances and James accommodated us with several extensions. The place was clean, had all the amenities we needed to make the place to feel like home. Definitely recommend!

This Airbnb was not only beautiful, but spacious! I appreciated the snacks as well as the washer and dryer! Everything was clean and neat. It may not be the nicest looking neighborhood but it’s very quiet and literally seconds from the highway. I even recommended this place to my mother who’s a local for a small getaway. Will stay again in the future.

This was a great place and was perfect for my stay. It’s a beautiful house in a wonderful neighborhood. The communications were excellent and I felt right at home. Would love to stay here again when in the Baton Rouge area.

We really enjoyed your home and appreciate the ease of the stay, during a difficult time for our family. We drove over 1000 miles for my own Mawmaw's funeral and the ability to have a "home away from home", in an aptly named listing, was very nice.

When we arrived we were all impressed with the neighborhood. Getting to the house was easy. Instructions were very clear on how to gwt in the house and the bedrooms. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. The pool was wonderful also. I messaged the owner a couple times and the response was quick and respectful. You can tell he takes care of his house and those who stay in it. We all said if we come back in the area we would love to stay at this location again.

This is my absolute favorite rental I’ve ever stayed at. It is exceptionally luxurious with high-end bedding and furnishings, while also being child friendly. My 2 1/2 year old grandson played outside in the fenced-in backyard while we relaxed in the screened-in back porch. The extra touches really put this rental above any others—personal welcome note, snacks, tote bag, water bottles, etc. The bathrooms had every item you could need, even baby shampoo. I truly felt I was staying at a friend’s home. I can’t think of one single thing that could be improved on. I will stay here again when I am in the area.

From the first time I booked I felt like I was choosing the right location to stay. Everything was smooth and easy. Her response time is immaculate especially that’s important for someone who constantly travels and books last minute. Everything was clean and very up to date. The photos did not justice. Every amenity you will need was available inside the home. I have no complaints and definitely am looking forward to booking in the near future.

Our stay at Melindas place exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, relaxing, and she provided so many little things that made a big difference. Everything we could have needed was there. Pros: Perfect location, near a lot of restaurants and outlets. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very nice, well decorated and maintained. It is perfect for a home feeling away from home. The bedrooms were all nice sizes; all had TVs with Roku. I liked that the bathroom had that warming feature. Also, it was nice to be able to use the garage to park our rental. I also appreciated the nice touch with the welcome basket of goodies and the toiletries provided in the bathrooms. Regarding the host, she was very prompt to my inquiries and requests. Cons: Minor things like no hand towels so we had to use regular towels as all purpose. Missing a few essentials (be prepared): coffee mugs, oven mitts and kitchen towels. It was suggested that I could go to the local Dollar General. Those items aren’t expensive and for the cost of the stay??? Suggest covering for back full window door. Very tiny shower in the master bedroom. In a nutshell…Opportunity appreciated.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable this condo was—it felt more like a home than a rental. Every room was thoughtfully decorated with stylish touches that gave the space a welcoming, modern vibe. The layout made it easy to relax, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already made a note to reserve it again for my next visit. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay! The hosts couldn't have been better. The location was out of the heavy traffic of Baton Rouge which is a bonus. We had all of the amenities we needed and the back patio was absolutely lovely. I especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds! The neighborhood makes you feel like you are on a first class vacation and I enjoyed my walks. We have now found our "go to" spot in Baton Rouge. Our daughter is a junior at LSU and I wish I had found this place sooner. We will absolutely stay here again on our final visits for her senior year. We obviously highly recommend!

Perfect location for us to stay while our daughter graduated from LSU. Exactly how described and perfect for the occasion. Very close to LSU and our daughter. Johanna was great, very clean and easy to get in to. Appreciated everything and had an amazing trip.

We enjoyed staying here for the 3 nights we were in town. It was perfect for 3 of us. Very spacious. I recommend staying here!
