At the rear of the yard, 10 meters from the ditch, there is a railway line. 10 meters from the house is the river Vecht, where you can swim in the summer. As I am going travel myself for a couple of weeks, and in the past made use of the nice places to stay at Airbnb, I now want share my place to people visiting the nice Almere/Amsterdam. The appartement is located on the second floor in the citycentre of Almere. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 private bathroom, a room to store luggage/clothes, a spacious living room and a big balcony. My home is located just 5 minutes away walking from Almere central station. It takes 20 minutes to Amsterdam by train.

In the village you will find several nice shops and restaurants with terrace. On Saturday there is a market. Naarden Bussum train station is 2.5km from the Fortress.
