Holiday rentals with lake access in Gooise Meren

Had a wonderful stay at Anne’s Airbnb! The check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and had everything I needed. Great location—close to attractions yet peaceful. Anne was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Eveline and Stefan are wonderful hosts. They will respect your privacy, but will be happy to help you get to know the area. The cottage is spacious and clean. Very quiet. Location couldn't be better either; on a bend of Amsterdam. Totally top.

Home away from home! Great location and a perfect place for a family stay. We used it as a base to explore Amsterdam but actually ended up spending more time exploring the local area than planned. Having a garden was such a benefit, and our kids loved the play equipment. The beds were comfortable and it is beautiful and peaceful, and part of a lovely community.

This is a stunning house in a beautiful area. The kitchen is chef’s quality and the bath rooms and bedrooms were beautiful as well. There are two separate living/sitting areas which worked well for our group of 6 adults. The area where the house is located is lovely and I wish we could have been there in spring/summer to enjoy the great bike and walking paths. Our group had a wonderful time and I highly recommend. If you are planning on spending a lot of time in Amsterdam proper this may not be right for you as it takes around 40 minutes to get to the central parts of the city and involves a train/bus and then a change to tram/metro depending on where you are going. We easily figured it all out but something to think about if being in Amsterdam proper is what you are looking for. Thank you for being such great hosts.

Fantastic and functional house, with a garden with amenities that exceed expectations. Adequate value for money. Rob is a person who is always available and courteous, very friendly at the reception. Extremely quiet residential area and in line with our expectations, especially logistical, with respect to our vacation plan. Adequate proximity services are available. Recommended experience!

Great stay at Clare's. Clean and convenient accommodation for a family. Responsive host and nice welcome gifts for the kids. Just minutes from Amsterdam, 40 minutes from Keukenhof, 1 hour from Giethoorn. Thanks for everything Clare.

It was one of the best apartments we stayed at. It was clean, beautiful and has a great view. Everything was just perfect. Amsterdam is not very far with the car. The sorroundings were beautiful. Almere is a wonderful small city, that we never visited before. Will definitely book Kevin's place When we visit Amsterdam again. Kevin is a very good host and was very responsive. Five stars are just too less.

Peggy was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was very well equipped and had a beautiful view, making it a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend it!

We had four great days in the accommodation (three of us). The location of the accommodation is excellent, in a busy area and yet somewhat secluded, as it is above the harbor basin. The view from the roof terrace is super beautiful in the morning, as well as in the evening. Spacious apartment with space. In the kitchen block, a few things are missing (cutting board, sieve) and there is no real oven, only a large multifunctional device with grill function and microwave. The excursion destinations are super diverse and there is something for everyone (sporting activities on the water and outside), trips to Amsterdam or Utrecht, bike tours, museums... Catherine or the colleagues from the port office are always available during the day if you have any questions. Note: The accommodation can only be reached via an external spiral staircase. Wow! Nor and Mat’s cottage was the perfect escape. The most comfortable stay with picturesque views. The home was immaculate, and Nor and Mat have thought of everything—including toys and crafts for our 3 year old. Their communication and instructions were great, too. The location was wonderful too—a short drive to many restaurants and stores while still quiet and peaceful. We loved our time there!

Lovely stay at Rudis cottage.After two weeks travelling around Europe we wanted a couple of night to relax and this was the perfect place. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and Rudi even brought us a fan when the temps hit 31 and the place was so hot. We were lucky to have a storm and be able to watch out over the nature reserve was amazing. We also ate at De Heeren van Maarssen nearby and the food was beautiful.

The house was very tastefully decorated and offered everything we needed to feel at home. The view was breathtaking and we were able to enjoy many beautiful sunsets. The host was always available and gave us helpful recommendations that enriched our stay. We can recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to experience an unforgettable trip.

Beautiful house and perfect host!

Best location for access to Edam. Steps away from the cheese market. Ample parking for an SUV. Bathroom on par with American standards - nicer than most European bathrooms. Washer and dryer are full capacity. Enough sleeping space for a family of six. Playground in front of house. Hosts nice and responsive. Cobbled roads and narrow homes do make Edam not ADA friendly like much of Europe.

Such a lovely place to say in a peaceful, friendly village with swimming canal ,all within easy to navigate public transport to central Amsterdam. We had a fantastic time, our host Lonneke was helpful and very friendly. The cottage was very clean and as described. I would recommend staying here.

Angelique was a good and friendly host. She greeted us right on the street, so we didn't have to look any further for the accommodation. The cottage is very lovingly furnished. The location on the water is really good. You have your privacy here. We were also very pleased about the food provided. We had a very nice time.

It is a beautiful accommodation with a view directly of the lake. The accommodation is small but it offers everything you need and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. There is also a parking lot directly opposite and very good restaurants and shopping nearby. It was a dream to wake up every day with a view of the lake. If the weather is good, you can also go swimming there. Will definitely be back :)
