Seaspray at Goolwa Beach is a well loved family beach house - 2 storey house with 5 bdr, 3 bth, separate living areas, reverse cycle AC, family room with pool table and is approximately 250m from magnificent Goolwa beach. There is ample parking for 4+ cars. Both front/back yards are lawned for plenty of play space, and backyard is fenced. Outdoor settings on front balcony and back porch. WIFI provided.

Nestled in a quiet one way street in the unique & historic area of Little Scotland. A short walk to the township & wharf and 5 min drive to popular Goolwa Beach. Explore the area planned in the 1850s to recreate the narrow lanes/ walkways of Scotland. You’ll love staying at Rothesay right in the heart of the beautiful, historic village of Port Elliot. Walk within 2-3 minutes to both the sheltered beaches of Horseshoe Bay or the surfing beaches of Boomer Beach and Knights Beach. There is plenty of rocky sheltered coastline to explore with beautiful views along the way. The house is a cosy and comfortable place to stay. Perfect for couples and families (with kids) to relax. Its the perfect base from which to explore the area.

Bluffview Lookout at Victor, fantastic views!

"Bluffview" offers guests something extra special on their holiday experience, the views are amazing !. These views stretch as far as the eye can see, from Granite Island right across to the "Bluff" and beyond. During the winter months, whales are often seen from the lounge room windows. The house has been decorated with bright, bold colours whilst still keeping a minimalist approach, it is so roomy. With fresh carpet throughout the main living areas, it is so comfortable.

Melba's Place

Welcome to our cosy beach house in the small quiet township of Middleton. If you are looking for 5 star accommodation, this may not be the place for you, but if you want basics, comfort, fun, relaxation, central location and added extras, then this is definitely for you. The property comfortably sleeps 3 people, offering a queen size bed and single bed in separate bedrooms. It is a short 200 metre walk to local beaches, Tavern, shops and cafes. Pets welcome by arrangement.
