Summers outside at the BBQ on the veranda with a drink. In the fall, you can stroll through the woods and fields. During the winter, you can cozily enjoy reading by the woodstove. In spring, you can enjoy the first sunshine and fresh greenery. Throughout the year it is enjoyable here. The birds will whistle you awake and deer will sometimes come right up to near the house.

The kitchen is modern. The bathroom can be reached through the bedroom Towels are included. The toilet is separate. Furthermore, you can comfortably enjoy nature outside on the private terrace. The terrace comes with a garden set and a sunshade. Bikes can be stored (charged) in a private covered bike shed.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Unique apartment on an estate with horses

We liked the apartment. It is nicely decorated, but has a bit too much decoration in the living room. There were a few games and media. In the kitchen there was not as stated, salt, pepper and oil, but only salt. It's a bit noisy. The host welcomed us at the farm upon arrival and showed us everything. We were able to check in an hour early. Unfortunately, the apartment was not quite clean. The floor was not mopped (our light socks were dirty quickly), the shower was not cleaned and there was still trash from the guests in front of us in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the location. On the farm there are cats and horses who like to be petted. All in all, we enjoyed it very much.

We felt right at home in Mirjam's AirBnB. Communication went well, the AirBnB was clean and tidy. We arrived by public transport, as a bus line was not running, we had to walk a bit, but that was not too bad. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the 'little cottage' for a few days, which is an unfair name. For two people, it is spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Everything is present, in a beautiful environment where it is great to walk or cycle.

The check-in and the stay went smoothly. The house is very well maintained and has everything you need. If you want to have peace and quiet and relax, this is definitely the right place for it!
