For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. It has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this wonderful beach. Lots of nearby pubs and a fairground. The house itself has 5 large bedrooms (2 with views of the sea), kitchen, family room, sitting room/dining room. Pretty garden and hot tub. There is parking for 2 cars at the back of the house.

My place is close to The Broads with a Nature Reserve nearby. We are on the Weavers Way long distance path and Norwich is only 30 mins away, and North Norfolk only 40 mins. The nearby coastline (15 mins) has unspoiled beaches and in winter Grey Seals have their pups. You’ll love my place because of The peaceful location, countryside, wonderful wildlife and dark starlit skies. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
