With its location adjacent to the harbour and in the centre of the village, Grade 2 listed Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The superking bed, which can be converted into twin beds upon request, is topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious night's sleep. All apartments possess full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and Amazon Echo devices. The generously proportioned wet rooms contain rain and handheld showers and heated towel rails, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. Guests have access to a laundry room with washer and dryer. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. Set in the heart of Falmouth, 'the inlet' is a spacious self-catering apartment for 2 persons on the ground floor of my Victorian town house, offering harbour views over the historic sailing port of Falmouth. With its location & views it makes a great escape and is equipped for guests seeking a stylish getaway. Free on-road parking which isn't guarranteed directly outside the premises. As a listed property it’s quirks make it unable to store bikes/wheelchairs owing to fire regulation access.

Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.
