Our Scandinavian modern-vintage hideaway is tucked away on the edge of the forest. Open the sliding door and have breakfast with bird sounds, pine scent and squirrels around you. Inside it is cozy and comfortable, outside a spacious veranda and relaxed garden. The location? In the woods near Gorssel, between the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen. Only 7 minutes from the A1, on a dirt road where hiking trails and mountain bike trails start immediately. The cottage is located on a small and quiet park, with plenty of privacy and an excellent restaurant.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

The apartment (50M2) features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a modern bathroom. It is located in the old city center of Deventer on the Brink and near the historic Waag. The spacious gallery provides access to the apartment and features a small seating area overlooking the courtyard. Deventer is characterized by the cozy little streets, old buildings, boutique shops and many restaurants, all within walking distance.

The studio has its own covered terrace with views of the park. Only a few minutes walk/bike from the floodplains, the heath, the forest, the shops, museum More and restaurants.
