Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

My little holiday paradise is located in a quiet and beautiful green area, about 2 minutes walk from the river Spree. The bungalow is very well equipped with underfloor heating, fireplace, very comfy sofa bed and great attention to detail. Various shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and the bus stops just around the corner. The motorway to Berlin and the train station are only 10 minutes by car.. The Entenkoje offers you a unique nature experience in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park. You don't need a license and can operate the boat without prior experience. A cozy double bed with a view of the starry sky awaits you in the boat. On board, there is a small gas stove with coffee, tea, and the necessary accessories – perfect for your breakfast right on the water. A bathroom, shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a parking space are available to you at our base on land.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.
