The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging out. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

On the roof of the property there is access to a communal pool and tennis courts. We only rent to well-behaved tenants. You must be smoke and pet free and respect the rules of conduct. På södra Gotland ligger vårt unika hem – en modern tolkning av den gotländska ladan i bränd gran och obehandlad betong, med stora glaspartier som suddar ut gränsen mellan inne och ute. Här infinner sig lugnet direkt. Man badar i den 32-gradiga poolen, lagar mat av lokala råvaror och låter kvällarna ta tid. Huset är helt självförsörjande på el via solceller och batterier. Vi delar gärna den plats som för oss betyder lugn, närvaro och livsnjutning – och hoppas att ni ska känna detsamma.

Welcome to Villa Skogsglänta. A newly built villa with all the amenities. Pool, large veranda, fireplace and not least walking distance (1km) to Tofta beach. The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that you can rent. The house is located in Gnisvärd, just a 15-minute drive from central Visby. From the residence, you can get to Visby Golf Club in 12 minutes by car, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.

Welcome to our guesthouse! Live modern, clean and comfortable on the outskirts of Visby. The area is peaceful and quiet and is called Terra Nova. The guest house is about 35 square meters and situated within walking distance to a large shopping area as well as a beautiful forest. Everything in Visby is within 8 minutes by car and 15- 20 minutes by bicycle. Walking to the city wall takes about 30-35 minutes. There is a private patio by the pool.
